Saleman was at the house to quote out 8 window replacement. Almost 2 hours later he was still waiting. He made a 23 year old girl, who was home at the time. Extremely uncomfortable as she called me over and over. After I arrived he finally left. When I told him, his services weren't needed. Be Extremely careful. No idea as to the service of the actual windows as I wouldn't use a company whose employees act this way.

We have had our windows since 2005 when they were installed. We have been thrilled with the quality and the customer service at Tucson Window and Door. We had our shower door done by them as well! Now hoping to get a slider with a doggie door...

Apart from the waiting period of windows being made my experience with Tucson Windows and Doors was excellent from the start with Rafael, the salesman that came to my home. I must say it was worth the wait, my windows look so nice, I’ve received compliments, and that’s a good thing since my neighbors didn’t like the wait either.

TW&D installed two new upstairs windows replacing some builder grade ones that had some that were not air tight, allowing moisture in. My wife and I love our new windows! High quality product and excellent installation and communication from beginning to end. Highly recommend Tucson Windows and Doors!

My 86 year old mother had her windows replaced, 3 years ago, has had a problem with one window, Tucson Window And Door acknowledged that in fact window frame is warped and needs replacing and still under lifetime warranty BUT since the manufacturer of the window is out of business they cant replace the window. so i called them on my Mothers behalf and said just put a different window in, she will not care because she is BLIND and cant see what color it is anyway. So i said go to your boo boo window pile from all the measuring mistakes the home owner has made or your sales people have made and just put one of those in, wont cost you any thing its already there to use. Any way Tucson Window and Door said nope not happening! So go some where else if you want some a company to stand by a warranty. Shame on them for screwing an 86 year old Blind women!!!!.

It's been a few years, but my husband's brother had died in his sleep, age 58, and I had to call police for a welfare check. They broke down the front door and damaged the molding, etc. My husband called and messaged your company 3 times asking if you could come and replace the door and fix the molding. No response from you. Since then it is still difficult to even see one of your commercials.

Wonderful experience with a repair. Our lock no longer closed on our beautiful patio door years after being installed by Tucson Window and Door. Anthony the repair person was punctual, professional, and polite. He was able to locate what the issue was and was creative in rectifying the problem. I cannot say enough positive things about Tucson Window and Door and their employee Anthony.

Just recently got all new windows and doors from them. Whole process was very good. Sales guy was very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. All the install guys were super nice and on time. They did a great job installing and cleaning up as much as they could. They even knew we had dogs and would ask us periodically if we needed to let the dogs out. Overall super happy with the whole thing from start to finish, and now my windowsand doors look amazing!
